A growing distributor and retailer network meant heavy manual order handling and disconnected systems across partners, ERP and finance, with EDI and invoicing complexity spanning multiple countries.
What we did
- Built and run customer EDIs in Azure (Logic Apps), connecting iNova with major pharmaceutical distributors and retailers via leading VANs.
- Delivered B2G e-invoicing, live in production across Egypt and Malaysia.
- Delivering an AI knowledge agent over their internal knowledge base to surface insights and support decision-making.
- Built a Compliance & Governance Solution on Azure, a secure, single platform where distributors submit compliance and due-diligence documents, complete mandatory questionnaires, training and reporting, and track submission status, with a dedicated admin portal to review, validate, approve and onboard distributors through a structured compliance workflow.

The challenge
Deciding whether to launch a new programme took months of fragmented, subjective manual research across government sources, internal documents, industry reports and regulatory records.
What we did
- Built the Intelligent Programme Feasibility Platform, a portal where an executive submits a proposal, watches a multi-agent AI analysis run live, and receives a scored, fully-cited report in under 60 seconds.
- Agentic RAG with deterministic scoring the AI explains but cannot fabricate, two-layer guardrails, and a citation behind every sentence.
- Built with our Agentic Development Lifecycle (Developer, Bug-Fix, PR Review and Knowledge-Refresh agents).
- Also delivered a custom Power Apps solution, and support Power BI and Azure Data Factory (ADF) operations.
- Implemented application integrations with Logic Apps and Function Apps within their environment.
- Delivering Power Apps and Power BI work through our specialised staff-augmentation resources.
